To book an appointment we require a minimum $25 deposit to reduce no-shows. You can pay the deposit and schedule your appointment by phone, text, or email. Deposit details and appointment terms:

• Deposit amount: $25 minimum (additional deposit may be requested for longer or specialized services).

• How to pay: Pay by phone (card over the call), text (secure payment link), or email (secure invoice). Specify your preferred payment method when you contact us.

• Holding the appointment: Appointment times are held only after the deposit is received.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule once without forfeiting your deposit if you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit.

• No-shows: If you fail to attend without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited. Rebooking may require an additional deposit.

• Deposit applied to balance: The deposit will be applied toward your final service balance at time of service.

• Refunds: Deposits are refundable only in cases of service cancellation by High Calorie Mechanics LLC or by prior agreement.

• Confirmation: After payment, you will receive confirmation by your requested contact method (call, text, or email) with appointment details.
